Stephen makes intimidating things attainable. Within the first lesson, he had so thoroughly and concisely explained a few chords, that I felt comfortable enough to practice them after our lesson was over. Hi, I’m Stephen Felton.
As a young child, I spent most of my time with my grandfather. He was a quartet gospel singer who sang all over the east coast. As a result, I had what I consider now the privilege of listening to some great gospel musicians and singers as a spectator at many of his concerts.
When I grew older and began to take classical piano lessons, I would struggle to play many of the sounds I remembers hearing as I grew up. This lead me to spend countless hours at the piano plucking out the notes I heard and creating formulas to remember how to play these concepts.
I am teaching these series of courses to help musicians who want to learn gospel piano in a fraction of the time it took me.
